Does anyone have advice on purchasing a replacement Monitor water paddle ?

I had two of them, both were stolen .

Of course ordering a new one from Monitor, for $ 500. + and shipping to Asia, is one solution.

I would like to find a used one for sale, for around $ 250. and have that shipped to Singapore.
