Does anyone have a used jib top with a #6 luff tape they might want to part with? I am installing a Scheafer 1100 in anticipation for a cruise to the San Juans next month. I thought I might try here before I orderd a new one.

Why did you select the 1100 and not the 2100 furler?

I had a sheafer 1100 leftover from a job, mostly it was a question of economics. Although I feel that the 1100 is a well built furller that can handle much abuse. What are your thoughts?

Personally, I think the 1100 system is undersized for the BCC.
